Jardine said the Halford tappet needs
absolutely air free oil and turning the other way up.

They have a very clever tappet for aero
engines which works either way up of which I have a
drawing and hopes of a sample.

20% Cr.{Mr Cra???ster / Mr Chichester}
2½% Ni.
0.7% C.
2% Si.
0.6% Mn.

will stellite satisfactorily."
