Attention Mr. F.{Mr Friese} Ll Smith.

Re Balance Weights. 13½" Driven Plates.

Dear Sirs,

We have to acknowledge receipt of your letter of the 17th inst, and regret to note that you find cause to complain of the balance weights, on the 13½" Driven Discs, not extending the full width of the T-Slots, and that same in some cases are not a tight fit.

We would like to assure you that this matter is receiving our immediate attention, and we feel sure that you will have no cause for complaint in this direction in the future.

In the meantime, if you can possibly return to us typical examples illustrating your complaint, same would be rather helpful so that we may further emphasize this matter to the department concerned.

Yours faithfully,
BORG & BECK COMPANY LIMITED
