re CHASSIS NO. B.71-BN.{W.O. Bentley / Mr Barrington}

The rear axle of the above chassis failed recently and was replaced at K.{Mr Kilner}

S. have informed the Owner in reply to his query, that the failure was due to a broken axle shaft but the Owner now wants to know what was the cause of the breakage.

We understand that the broken axle shaft has been examined by you and we shall be glad if you will please let us have your report on this so that we may inform S. accordingly.

The order number under which this axle was repaired was 63921.
