We understand that you are experiencing
complaints of rear shock absorber knocks.

It is suggested here that certain of these
are due to the suspension plates becoming loose at the
attachment to the rear cross-member.

Could you let me have a summary of your
shock absorber knock complaints, and your
estimation as to how many of these are internal
faults and how many due to loose suspension plates.

The number of complaints per month would
be useful.

HS{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Les!
