I am in receipt of E.7/HP.1.A.35. I note all you say and quite agree that we should go ahead with building experimental SpectreCodename for Phantom IIIs to the present design so that we have chassis running about and I hope that the modifications referred to will overcome troubles which arise.
With regard to the bumper test will Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} please say how soon this will be ready.
