Phantom III - Clutch.

In view of the fact that the Experimental Department now feel that they have very much improved driven clutch centre and also facing material for same, over those which are on production at the moment, it will be necessary for the Order Office and Works to go slow on these parts, so that we have as little on our hands as possible consistent with keeping production going without a break.

This is important as clutch troubles are one of the real difficulties with Phantom III and there is no question as to the need for an improvement being brought in at the earliest possible moment.

If the Order Office and Works will work upon the above instruction, it will enable us to make a changeover with the least cost to the Company.
