Herewith a copy of a report from Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}/clm{D. D. Clapham} on suspension and frame work, up to the time when we moved to the Clm{D. D. Clapham} Foundry. We are rather short of copies so we are sending you two for the Design Section. The points that require Design consideration seem to be : 1. Lattice bracing on the long wheel base frames. 2. Some method of reducing end movement on the shock absorber. We would also include rubber glands with a lining of canvas on the shock absorber specification. Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer} | ||
