To prevent shutters of radiator being left in closed position. Experimental Test Report. This has been run 14,000 miles on the Phantom without trouble. Recently seen by Sales on 9-G-111. Road Test Report. This item having been standardised on the Phantom, we consider that it is equally necessary on the 20 HP.
