You promised to go into the question of the points raised by Mr. Hives in the first part of his memo, re Whistling Carburetters, with a view to issuing definite instructions on this matter. We shall be glad to receive these instructions as soon as possible, as it will be seen from BJ's memo to Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} (copy attached) he has instructed that no further complete cars are to be delivered which have whistling carburetters.
