1379: Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}7/R.{Sir Henry Royce} 17th February, 1939. J.{Mr Johnson W.M.} Dugdale, Esq., "The Autocar", Dorset House, Stamford Street, LONDON. S.E.1. Dear Dugdale, Sorry you could not get up to-day. I will let you know if the car is available on Wednesday of next week. Thank you for your copy of the "Autocar". Your article reads very well. The photograph of the speedometer @ 110 m.p.h. is most impressive. I was rather disappointed at the publicity given to the run on Montlhery, as I should never have found it if you had not told me where to look for it. I hope it will be possible to mention it again in the immediate future in some rather more prominent position. Yours sincerely, | ||
