B.III REAR FRAME DEFLECTION DUE TO JACKING.

The attached sketch shows some frame deflection figures measured by Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}/Clapham on 7.B.V.

We recommend that the frame section should be made deeper from the damper bracket on both B.III and B.50. For 50 which will have increased jacking load and 2.750" longer frame extensions, we recommend boxing behind the rear cross-member.
