BODY LIGHTING & ELECTRICAL ACCESSORY WIRING. X7560. X7741

In view of E2/M15.11.28. copy attached, it will be necessary to see that, where we use the accessory distribution board, recently designed by WW, the lampholder accessory base &c. be of the single pole type, and definitely earthed to the chassis. It is unlikely that any of the electrical gadgets usually called for will be available in the single pole variety and therefore they will have to be specially ordered, and if no available an earthing wire for the return must be provided independent of the Accessory Distribution Board, as this has no provision for any return wiring. Such provision will be necessary for SS.{S. Smith} bodies in the first place.
