For the attention of Mr.Dorer.
Dear Sirs,
We have received the two instruments under your Packing Slip 34773 and are returning the one which was sent in error. We would point out, however, that we have not yet received the correct instrument i.e. one calibrated up to 106°C. with a red line at 106°C. instead of any numeral - and further that we require this instrument urgently. Your Mr.Dorer informed the writer when he visited your works that he could supply us with such an instrument in less than a week - it is now 17 days since we ordered this instrument from you and we have not yet received same.
Yours faithfully,
FOR ROLLS-ROYCE LIMITED.
