| Page 2 Messrs. Rolls-Royce Ltd. Enquiry which we received from you dated September 22nd with regard to Part No. E.18650. The specification requires that the bellows shall be extended in the hot condition and we think that this is highly inadvisable. The writer endeavoured to telephone Mr.Steadman this morning but was unable to get him.
