For the attention of S.H.Grylls, Esq.

28th. November, 1936.
(Dict. 27th.)

Dear Sirs,

Referring to our telephone conversation this afternoon, we thank you for your confirmation that this matter bears no relation to our letter of the 26th. November on the question of cornering tests on the Bentley.

We are only putting two 5.00x17 wheels through, and shall be glad if you will confirm that this quantity will be sufficient and that you do not want them fitted on the rear as well.

We very much regret that so far we have been unsuccessful in locating a Supplier who can meet your requirements for offset on the pair of special 4.00x17 Disc wheels for the Citroen front-end. We have, however, further contacts to make before we have exhausted all possibilities of supply from existing plant.

Yours faithfully,
FOR THE DUNLOP RUBBER CO.,LTD.,

Manager,
Car Manfrs. Division.

P.S. Since dictating the above, we have received your letter of the 27th. (Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}/Gry.{Shadwell Grylls}15/AP) confirming that two 5.00x17 Bentley wheels will be sufficient. We feel it desirable that tyres should be fitted prior to despatch, and we are therefore having the wheels sent over to Fort Dunlop for this purpose. It is noted that you are sending the requisite quantity of balance weights direct to Foleshill.
