..S to W. 1297 Wyman Is this the gentleman we have dealt with? Run Cx. {Major Len W. Cox - Advertising Manager} for RM. {William Robotham - Chief Engineer} File Cx {Major Len W. Cox - Advertising Manager} /Ckl/CP25.10.37. RECEIVED 25 OCT 1937 Further to our conversation on the R-R Stand at Earls Court re. the Silencer which one of our clients - Colonel C. C. Leverson-Gower - has had fitted to his 20/25 H.P. Car, I am afraid I have not a great deal of information to give you other than that of the name of the designer of the Silencer, which is Mons. Servais. Colonel Leverson-Gower informed me he had done a series of comparison tests between the R-R Silencer fitted on his 20/25 Car and one made up to the specification of Mons. Servais, and he finds the latter superior in every way to our own. Should you wish for any further details, we could no doubt obtain these for you. Ck. {Mr Clark} ✓ | ||
