We suggest that we should be permitted to obtain a number of Lucas machines, not so much for experimental test (as we have already got together a good deal of experimental information of these machines) but more from an experimental production point of view, i.e. to let the Test Dept. themselves prove or disprove the superiority of these machines when supplied in larger quantity.
