The British Thermostat Co. Ltd.,
Windmill Road,
Sunbury-on-Thames,
Middx.

For the attention of Mr. Martin-Hurst.

Dear Sirs,

We are shortly going into production with the Bentley thermostat scheme using a thermostat unit as shown on attached print EB.3509, which we would like you to supply. This follows generally the three units of similar type which you have already supplied to us (to Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}369 drawing).

We would like you to examine this drawing and let us have any comments which you have to make concerning it - also your confirmation that the original figure of 7/6d. which you quoted for this unit still stands.

We would like you to return the casing and valve which we sent you for setting these units - we will send you a master casing and valve which has been checked for dimensions etc.

Yours faithfully,

for ROLLS-ROYCE LTD.
