HOTEL DE FRANCE, CHATEAUROUX, Indre. France. Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}/GWH{George W. Hancock - Head Chateauroux}/IMW{Ivan M. Waller - Head of Chateauroux}/6/JAB. 15th April 1937. LIST 60016. To. Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer} c Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}/GWH{George W. Hancock - Head Chateauroux} 6. B. IV. SPECIAL K.L.G. E.27 SPARKING PLUGS. We are sending you for your inspection, four E.27 plugs removed from this car after 12,000 miles running. The electrodes are burnt and nearly finished, and the insulators badly coated. They have never been cleaned. There were occasional complaints of misfires on pick-up and difficult starting when hot towards the end of their mileage, but they have given no real trouble apart from the one already returned to you with a broken insulator. The sixth plug was broken when the first valve failed. ---------------- Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}/GWH{George W. Hancock - Head Chateauroux}/IMW.{Ivan M.
