HS.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} FROM DA.{Bernard Day - Chassis Design} Copy to BY.{R.W. Bailey - Chief Engineer} INDIA 3. CAST DASH. ORIGINAL DA{Bernard Day - Chassis Design}2/M11.7.28. X5500 Replying to HS{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/RM{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}4/LG6728., we agree that we should revert to the lug solid with the dashboard. At first we were a little uncertain whether it added to the manufacturing difficulties, and also whether it might prove sufficiently strong to stand the racking, being so inflexible itself. Since however you say that it is satisfactory, which we take to mean in all respects, we agree that it is the better and simpler job. We will send you a sketch shewing the application to India 3. immediately. DA.{Bernard Day - Chassis Design} | ||
