BRAKE DRUMS.
The backplate of our present C.1 brake drums are 0.160 thick. We consider this to be unnecessarily thick, and heavy from an operational point of view and would like to try some drums with 0.100 backplates.
We would like to know whether this would lead to any distortion difficulties resulting from the Casting-in progress.
