361 To Hd.{Mr Hayward/Mr Huddy} from Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}/Std. Referring to Owners' Complaint Report No. W.254 (3.AZ.56 oil cooler failure) Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer} is of the opinion that it will be advisable to remove oil coolers from all P.III cars in service, and is discussing this with By.{R.W. Bailey - Chief Engineer} with a view to officially instructing same. We think, however, that you should anticipate this move in the case of the above mentioned chassis and communicate with Messrs. Kellow Falkiner of Melbourne and instruct them to remove the oil cooler on this car as soon as they receive the necessary conversion parts which you should forward to them.
