To EP. {G. Eric Platford - Chief Quality Engineer} from Hs. {Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} c. to BY. {R.W. Bailey - Chief Engineer} c. to Wor. {Arthur Wormald - General Works Manager} 74264 Hs {Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} 4/LG30.1.24. 20 HP. STEERING. Referring to your EP {G. Eric Platford - Chief Quality Engineer} 4/H29.1.24. We suggest that you send your complaint to R. {Sir Henry Royce} and the designers. We do not know how to produce a steering which will not have ill affects when the wheel is 3 lbs. out-of-balance. We have definite limits for out-of-balance wheels and the designers would expect this to be adhered to. Hs. {Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} | ||
