Knocking brake complaint on a 20HP car, recommending fitting the flexible servo operation to all 20HP and Phantom models.

It was stated that this trouble was dealt with by easing off the brakes, and so completely spoiling them. R.{Sir Henry Royce} thinks that this should never be done, but that the flexibility in the servo operation, which has recently been provided and standardised, should be fitted to all cars - 20HP. and Phantom.
