Messrs. The Adamant Engineering Co.Ltd.,
Dallow Road,
Luton.

For the attention of F.C. Matravers Esq.

Dear Sirs,

We wish to carry out mechanical efficiency tests on your latest 410 type steering gear which you sent to Mr. Harvey Bailey. We should be glad if you could lend us a drop arm to fit this gear, and if you have anything in the nature of a lever or old steering wheel which would fit the splines at the upper end of the column, it would assist us if we could borrow it.

Yours faithfully,

FOR ROLLS-ROYCE LTD.
