We cannot trace the name as you give it, however, but do you think it might be F.{Mr Friese} Bernard Clark Esq., of Walsall ? We have no knowledge that he is in any way dissatisfied; indeed he wrote us on May 31st, and again on July 6th, as to the advisability of using Ethyl petrol, and there is not the slightest suggestion in his letters that he is in any way dissatisfied.
