PHANTOM STEERING. X8430 X8450

We attach a report we have received from our man Hancock in connection with the Phantom steering complaints in Paris.

They anticipate carrying out the tests with the new side steering tube springs early this week.

We have arranged that Mr. Royce's car (on its way back from Le CanadelHenry Royce's French residence) shall leave a pair of kigk hydraulic shock dampers at Paris so that tests can be made with these at the same time both as regards road shocks and high speed wobbles.
