RE 20 HP. DYNAMO.

Herewith we hand to you a standard 20 HP. dynamo No.288. We have taken careful observations of this machine with a view to handing it over to you for making the modification which you usually make for the purpose of reducing noise.

We should be pleased if you would alter this dynamo in that way, but as in the case of the 40/50 machine, not disturbing the angles of the brushes in the first instance. Would you then kindly hand the machine back to us for further test. As this machine is supplied with a movable control brush, we can ourselves vary the angle if necessary, after making tests subsequent to your modification.

Would you also kindly note that there is a 20 HP. machine due to us for our monthly test. Perhaps you would let us have this one in the meanwhile while the former machine is being altered.

EFC.
