W/K.{Mr Kilner} To Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}/GWH.{George W. Hancock - Head Chateauroux} from Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}/Smth. 1113 Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}/Smth.5/AP.13.5.37 B.134.JD.{J. Draper - Frames} We understand that the clutch on the above 4 1/4 litre Bentley jaggers despite the fact it has a damper fitted. We should be glad to know the history of the job. Has the clutch been changed, and if so, when? It is possible that the clutch was fitted prior to the time when we commenced to make the final adjustment of the clutch fingers at Derby. Has it been verified that the damper is not sticking.? Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}/Smth. | ||
