Patterns at Shardlow.

Further to your Memo. ref: Sft{Mr Swift}/EW/WP.28.12.39 we are anxious that the patterns for nationalised chassis should be stored in one place, in line with our Memo. Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}/Swdl.{Len H. Swindell}1/MH.{M. Huckerby}18.9.39.

At the present time, chassis patterns are stored in at least two different places, and we wish to get this rectified as soon as possible.

We would be glad if you would line up B.V. and B.60 and B.80 patterns so that these are available for our development programme.

At the present time Vs.{J. Vickers} is finishing a job which was started before the war. When this is complete the pattern section will be handed over to you.

Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}/CTS.{C. Trot Salt - Carburation}
