Investigation of improved coolant circulating system on aero single cyl. units. In hand.

KESTREL ENGINE.

R.R. Variable pitch airscrew hub. In hand.
Setting of controls (Kestrel VIII and IX) Completed.
Arrangement of camshaft drive (spring loaded). Completed.
Modified oil pump driving shaft. Completed.

MERLIN "B" ENGINE.

Mod. to ramp cyl. head - sparking plug on inlet side. In hand.
Mod. to water circulation system. In hand.
Inlet and exhaust valve lift curves. Completed.

MERLIN "C" ENGINE.

Mod. to free wheel clutches:- starting gear. Completed.
Drive for Herzmark air compressor. In hand.
