With reference to the above we note on Mr. Bailey's memo BY13/G27917 that we should have in stock 6 test pieces in bar form and 6 blanks from the Skeffko Co.,/ also 2 bars one (4¾" dia: X 12" long and the other 5¼" dia X 6" long from Firth's as supplied to Hoffmanns) which have been obtained for the purpose of making Roller Bearing G.5128/9 and Thrust Bearings G.5348/9. On application at the Stores for this material we are informed that there is no such stock. Will you knidly look into this matter.
