20 HP. for 10,000 Mile Test.

CLUTCH.

We wish to increase the load of the clutch springs to compensate for the increase of torque with the larger engine.

We suggest that the increase should be 20%.

Will you please set this out.

We suggest also that the stroke of the pedal should be increased 20% to retain the spring foot load now lost.
