Body with Improved Entrance.
Your Ref: Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}8/KW.28.7.36.

We took the opportunity of talking to Park Ward about delivery of this body and they now tell us that they reckon to have it ready for mounting at the beginning of the week commencing August 23rd.

Is it your intention to send the chassis to them, please, because if not we had better tell them to carry on and finish off the body for despatch to you and mounting at your end?

Handwritten Bottom:
Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer} Yes if it can be arranged. Hn.{F. C. Honeyman - Retail orders}
Park Wards would also appreciate the arrangement. H/FD{Frank Dodd - Bodies}
