RHC.{R. H. Coverley - Production Engineer} from Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer} x5360. Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}5/AD9.10.31. Will you please make a lever for the front equaliser shaft of 18-GIV to G.53076 with its length altered to 2.150 centres as per attached print. This will increase the front braking from 33% to 37 1/2%. We are aware that this lever will foul the undershield but GWH.{George W. Hancock - Head Chateauroux} proposes to run without the gearbox undershield. Will you please let Hancock have this lever when finished.
