Dear Mr. Robotham,
I am duly in receipt of your telegram of even date with reference to the collection of the Ripplet Body.
I desire to inform you that owing to the labour position at the present time I have been unable to arrange to have the Wings altered by any outside Firm, and our own men have only just completed an important Government Contract.
It is anticipated, now that we have some labour available, that we shall be able to complete our work to arrange for collection of this body in about 10 days time.
You may rest assured, however, that every endeavour will be made to have the body ready with the least possible delay, and I will get in touch with you later to let you know which day it will be convenient for you to send your Lorry.
Yours sincerely,
for PARK WARD & CO LTD.,
Works Director.
