X.2628. RE ROAD SPRINGS. x.3950

Would you kindly note that Mr. Royce considers it unnecessary to use solid eyes for the rear springs of the 40/50 H.P. chassis, and he would like these replaced by rolled eyes. He thinks that the use of the solid eye has never been authorised.

R.{Sir Henry Royce}
