Dear Mr Grylls:

Thank you for your letter of the 2nd instant.

I am pleased to note that the gear cyaniding we recently did for you is apparently what you wanted and I know Mr Smith will be pleased to hear the results of the tests when they are available.

I am endeavouring to get together some information on the reliability of Autopulse petrol pumps and will then communicate with you further at a later date.

With kind regards,

Yours sincerely,
