For the attention of Mr.R.E.Gale.

Dear Sir,

Replying to your letter of the 21st instant unfortunately the undersigned will not be available on Friday next but his assistant Mr.R.Swindall who deals with the installation of Car Radio will be available to discuss any questions arising.

If by any chance circumstances permit the undersigned to be available on Friday he will be very pleased to me Mr.Gale as suggested in his letter.
