SUBJECT: SPECIALLOID PISTONS.

We acknowledge with thanks your letter of the 3rd October, also your blue-print part number E.B.501, showing the details of your gudgeon pin.

We shall now complete our provisional drawing and will pass a further copy for your approval. We shall also arrange for the necessary die apparatus to be made so that we can proceed with the manufacture of a suitable number of pistons for test purposes.
