Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} from BY.{R.W. Bailey - Chief Engineer} C. Mr Booth. C SFC. X 3563 E C RECEIVED JUN 17 1920 BY6-P18.6.20. X.3563. CHASSIS RECEIVED THERMOSTAT. X.3634 Referring to the question of providing a spanner suitable for one nut on the shock absorber and one nut on the thermostat control of water circulation, the only nut that appears to come within the field referred to is N.2282, but this is a large nut of the slotted type. If this is actually the nut you refer to we consider that Spanner E.81 would meet the case. Would you kindly check this question over again on the chassis and let me have particulars. In regard to the nut on the shock absorber, we find that box spanner F.7253 is quite satisfactory for same. BY.{R.W. Bailey - Chief Engineer} | ||
