K-S PETROL GAUGE.

Messrs. Claudel Hobson have introduced a modification to the design of the dashboard petrol gauge which reduces the overall length to 4.375".

We propose to standardise this modification as soon as we can and if it proves satisfactory it will do away with the difficulty described in Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}2/LG6.7.28.

We should like to hear from you however as to whether the old type gauge with the 6.25" overall length is impossible to fit because if so, it would appear to be more rational to wait for the new modification to be tested out.
