To PN.{Mr Northey} From Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} c. to CWB. c. to EY. x8410 HsL/LG22. 5. 26. 7-LC CAR. x8950 Owing to the fact that we had to fit new cross steering levers in order to fit the wheels with well base rims, we had very little time to try this car. The fact of fitting low pressure tyres on the front of the car, increases the difficulty with the steering. The rotational shocks felt on the steering wheel are increased with low pressure tyres. This is due to the fact that the area of tyre in contact with the road is greatly increased. Whilst you are running the car we should like you to try the effect of different tyre pressures on the front - 30 and 40 lbs/sq.in. Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} | ||
