the universal bonnet on Mr. Royce's car, and a standard bonnet in the Test Dept.

Would you kindly let us have these figures at the earliest possible moment as we are listing up all material for "H" series on this Job, and are anxious to avoid a recurrence of the trouble of stiff bonnets, and these figures will enable us to definitely tie up the spring makers within working limits.

Wor{Arthur Wormald - General Works Manager} The average weight the bonnet springs on 49GB will hold up is 14 to 15 lbs
on a standard chassis these springs hold 4 to 5 lbs.
On the standard bonnet there are 4 springs instead of three as on 49GB
