The usual procedure in connection with Mr. E.R. Hall is for everything to be charged up to him and the account then to be submitted to Sg.{Arthur F. Sidgreaves - MD} before being sent in to Mr. Hall. Having heard nothing to the contrary, we assume that this is the correct procedure in this case. The spares should be debited to Mr. Hall on loan, and credited when returned.
