We give below details of the approximate cost of repairs to the above chassis:-

Dismantle and re-erect chassis as necessary to carry out the work detailed below.
Straighten front bumpers.
Straighten front axle.
Straighten and weld end of frame.
Trim up radiator vanes.
Fit up new nearside front spring. )We have not yet

The following work is necessary to the bodywork etc. by Sanderson & Holmes Ltd:-

NEARSIDE FRONT MUDGUARD.

Repairing damaged nearside front mudguard by welding where torn at outer edge, welding where broken along joint of inner shield and mudguard top, beating out and re-shaping and re-fitting to chassis................................. £1. 1. 0.

Heating and re-setting the mudguard brackets to support same in correct alignment................ 7. 0.

FRONT CHASSIS TRAY.

Repairing by welding where torn along outer edges, beating and re-shaping and re-fitting to chassis. 7. 0.

BOOTING.

Beating out, re-shaping and repairing the front section of nearside booting, and re-fitting.... 3. 0.

CELLULOSE RE-FINISHING.

Removing damaged cellulose, preparing, stopping up, levelling and re-finishing mudguard, front tray, front section of booting, chassis parts, front axle etc., after repairs Black Cellulose as before.................................. £2. 3. 0
