Heat Resisting Enamel for Exhaust Manifolds.

We are sending you herewith a portion of an exhaust manifold which has been enamelled by the Enamelled Iron & Steel Products Limited, and which appears to be decidedly better than the similar parts done for us by Messrs.W & T.Avery some time ago.

This sample has already been heated twice by the Laboratory to a temperature of 750ºC for 30 minutes each time and although the enamel becomes slightly tacky at this temperature it does not appear to be otherwise affected.

If you are interested to have a complete manifold treated by this process we shall be pleased to arrange for one to be done.
