Chassis No. 7.B.V. We attach hereto, for reference, photograph showing damaged piston bore of the shock damper which has been removed from the above chassis. The damage has evidently been caused by the pin, FB.3419, working loose. It is understood that Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}/AFM.{Anthony F. Martindale} is investigating this trouble, and tests are to be carried out with pins having a higher interference fit in the shock damper piston. HPS{Horace Percy Smith - Experimental Factory Mgr}/L.
