Phantom III Air Silencer.

Will you please note that the air silencer to LeC.4880 for the above cars has proved only 50% effective for silence. We have handed over to E.{Mr Elliott - Chief Engineer} an experimental silencer which gives us 100% silence efficiency, and a design is being prepared immediately. This is the silencer to go into production, the silencer to LeC.4880 now being considered obsolete.
