To EFC. from E.{Mr Elliott - Chief Engineer} 11th February, 1919. E2/G11219. ORIGINAL X.3382 - LIGHTING INSTALLATION AT WEST WITTERINGHenry Royce's home town, ETC. RECEIVED 13 FEB 1919 In reply to yours EFC1/T1219, would you please send us one dozen of the round type of fuse box similar to sample, not the rectangular or half cylindrical type. I am returning under separate cover the example of the latter, which you sent to us, and keeping the sample round one which can form part of the dozen. Mr. Royce approves of the knife switch, and we should be glad if you would send us another so as to make two for the engine-room switchboard. We now require fuse boxes for this engine-room switchboard. Perhaps you would send a sample of what you think would be suitable. Would you kindly let us know the usual voltage used for train lighting. X.3129 Mr. Royce thinks we should use one of the Delco-Weston type ammeters reading 20-0-20 for the model 40/50 H.P. chassis.
